Meet the pups currently stealing our hearts.

Each litter at Henry Heelers is raised right in our home — not in kennels or barns — with daily love, early socialization, and a whole lot of tail wags. These puppies are born from health-tested parents and bred with purpose, temperament, and the true Heeler spirit in mind.

If we have puppies on the ground, you’ll find them below, along with their expected go-home dates, photos, and personalities as they begin to shine. If nothing’s listed, don’t worry — we’ve got more paws on the way.

🐶Pro tip: Our litters go fast, and we only breed a few times a year.

Gone to Good Homes: Placed Pups

These pups have already found their perfect match — but they’ll always be part of the Henry Heelers family. Here’s a look back at some of our past litters who’ve trotted off to their forever homes with tails wagging and hearts full.

FAQ

  • At Henry Heelers, we raise a whole herd of hues! Our pups most commonly come in:

    Red
    Blue
    Red/Blue Mix
    True-Blue
    Slate
    Slate/Tan
    Lilac/Chocolate

Color can vary depending on the sire and genetic lineage — so every litter is a little surprise package of Heeler goodness. Whether you're after that classic cattle dog coat or something a little more unique, chances are we’ve got a pup that’ll color you impressed.

Same breed, same brains — just dressed a little differently.

  • Yep — 100% Australian Cattle Dog, every time. All of our dams are full-blooded Heelers, and while not all are CKC registered, we do have lineage paperwork available upon request. We also carefully select and vet our sires — all full Heeler, no mixes, no surprises.

Not registering every pup with CKC helps us keep our more common coat colors and personalities affordable and accessible, without sacrificing quality, temperament, or working drive.

🐾 So yes — full-blooded Heeler pups, with the personality, instinct, and sass to prove it.

  • We believe in full transparency, and that includes showing off our proud parents! You can find photos of each dam and sire right here on our website under Our Current Litters tab, and we also keep things updated (and a little more behind-the-scenes) on our Facebook page. We also have a bio page for each Dam, under the Meet Our Girls tab.

Want to see where your pup gets their good looks? We’ve got you covered.

  • Heelers are smart, loyal, and built to work — with just enough sass to keep you on your toes. Our dogs are bred for both instinct and intelligence, and each one has a strong drive to please, protect, and herd literally anything that moves. That includes cattle, kids, chickens, and sometimes your shadow.

At Henry Heelers, we put a lot of focus on temperament and working ability. Our pups are socialized from birth and raised in a hands-on farm environment, which means they come with big brains, big hearts, and big personalities. They can be high-energy and independent thinkers, but with the right guidance, they make incredible working dogs or loyal companions.

Not a breed for couch potatoes — but if you're active, attentive, and love a dog with a job, a Heeler will be your ride-or-die. Visit our About the Breed page from Home to learn more.

  • Yes — our puppies have docked tails. We breed with farm life in mind, and around here, tails and cows do not mix. Tail injuries are painful and common in working dogs, so we dock early to prevent future harm.

That said, if you prefer a pup with its tail intact, we’re happy to accommodate — but it requires planning. Tail docking must be done within the first few days after birth, so we need full prepayment in advance to ensure we don’t miss the window. This guarantees that you’re committed, and we’re not raising a pup at risk on the farm.

In short: tails off by default for safety — tails on by special request (and full payment).

  • At Henry Heelers, we take the health of our pups seriously — because a healthy start means a happy, long life.

All of our puppies receive meticulous care from day one, including:

    • DHPP vaccinations (administered between 6–8 weeks)

    • Tail docking (within the safe early-life window)

    • Deworming every two weeks

    • Flea prevention treatments

We also offer optional services for an additional fee, including:

    • Embark genetic testing

    • Microchipping

Our puppies come with a limited health guarantee valid through 9 weeks of age. After that point, it becomes the adoptive family's responsibility to follow our care guidelines as outlined in the contract to maintain the guarantee. This includes continuing vet care, vaccinations, and providing a safe, appropriate environment for the pup.

We’re here to give your puppy the best possible start — what happens after that is a team effort.
